            Curious About Your Home Price?

            At a national level, home price growth has slowed down based on the Keeping Current Matters graph that they recently released. But appreciating slowing doesn’t mean that prices are falling, they’re just not rising quite as fast.

            This isn’t a 2009-2010 scenario, when the housing bubble burst and it brought the swiftest decline in house values.

            Feds will be cutting rates this coming week and we’ll see how that works out for everyone. I do think buyers will begin trickling in once rates go down for the end of 2024 and beginning of 2025.

            There are still some good deals in Houston that are worth exploring and I’m here to help you find your next home.
